ALL the Glasfloss Furnace Air Filters are rigorously tested under ANSI/ASHRAE 52.2 test procedures for MERV rating value 10, 11 & 13 respectively. A heavy duty, galvanized, recycled expanded metal reinforcement which is laminated to the air filters exit side of the media by Thermosetting Adhesive to maintain the structural integrity of the radial pleats. The Glasfloss V-Pleats design increase the surface area of contact with Air Flow hence collect maximum Micro Dust Particles, Lint, Molds, Bacteria, Pollen and Debris. An eco-friendly, two-piece, moisture media to avoid air leakage from filter assembly.
